Q3: How about the quality control in your factory?
A3: Union Power has the SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and all the production step must follow up this SOP. Every machine needs at least automatic running over 72 hours and must be inspected carefully before shipment.

Q4: What is the delivery time of the machine?
A4: Actually, the delivery time is depended on the machine model size.
Normally, the delivery time as below list:
7-10 working days after received deposit. (100ton -530ton)
30-40 working days after received deposit. (620ton-750ton)
60-75 working days after received deposit. (800ton-1280ton)
75-90 working days after received deposit. (800ton-1280ton)

Q5 : What is the warranty of the machine ?
A5: Union Power machine main steel part is guaranteed for 3 years,and the electrical part 1 years, but worker's wrong operation is not included. We will prepare some spare part for the easy wearing parts.

Q6; How to install the machine and use the machine?
A6: Union Power will send you installation video and guide file. Also if you want, We can send engineer to your factory for worker training and machine installation.
