Scope of use This equipment is suitable for leak detection of equipment and containers filled with sulfur hexafluoride gas in departments such as power, railway, electrical manufacturing, chemical industry, fire equipment, and atomic physics research. It can quickly and accurately measure and analyze the qualitative and quantitative measurement of sulfur hexafluoride gas. It is also suitable for SF6 high-voltage switchgear factories as a supporting instrument for SF6 electrical equipment and export products. Function Overview With the gradual improvement of voltage levels in domestic substations, the usage of SF6 high-voltage circuit breakers in the power sector is currently increasing at a rate of about 15% per year. In the fields of high voltage, ultra-high voltage, and ultra-high voltage switches, SF6 gas is used as insulation and arc extinguishing medium. However, most SF6 high-voltage switches are installed indoors, and the air flow is relatively slow. Once SF6 gas leaks, it is easy to cause local hypoxia, causing workers to suffocate due to hypoxia, posing a safety hazard to their lives. At the same time, it also reduces the arc extinguishing effect of the high-voltage circuit breaker and causes damage to the circuit breaker body. Therefore, once SF6 gas leakage is detected, corresponding measures must be taken to accurately locate the leakage point, repair the leakage point, and promptly eliminate the safety hazards of high-voltage circuit breakers.
