1.Unwinding Part:Hydraulic shaftless feeding, hydraulic adjustment material width,the width can be adjusted left and right. Double magnetic powder brake, automatic tension control, photoelectric control, feeding type deviation correction control.
2.Traction Part:Double servo motor traction(servo motors control the forward traction and reserve traction) to adjust the length of gown.
Belt Weld Part:The belt can be ultrasonic weld and servo motor controls the length of belt ,then pneumatic cut the belt.
3.Neckline Cutting Part:Driven by servo motor, the position of cutter die can be adjusted arbitrarily
4.Gown Body Fold Part:C-type fold,the mould size can be adjusted
5.Shoulder Weld Part:Driven by servo motor, ultrasonic weld mould,the mould position and size can be adjusted.
6.Armhole Cutting Part:With laser cutting and servo drive, the size of armhole can be adjusted arbitrarily. It can be connected with sleeve making machine to make a whole surgical gown with different sizes.
7.Shoulder Cut Part:Driven by servo motor, the position of cutter die can be adjusted arbitrarily.
8.Conveyor Belt Part:Independent conveyor table.
9.PLC Touch Screen:PLC touch screen control.
