Perforated Strainer Basket is also called temporary conical strainer, belonging pipeline coarse filter series. It is used as pipeline strainers that are designed for new system start-up, removing any coars, debris such as rags, welding rods, pipe scale, rust, etc which are accidentally present within the system to ensure the equipment produce safely.

Applications of Perforated Strainer Basket
They are widely used in protective covers of mechanical equipment, in the disposing of ambient noises, in the range of petroleum and chemical industry, in the manufacturing of boats, in the range of pharmacy, grain, feed, mine, kitchen utensils, and so on.
Perforated Strainer Basket with a fixed round rod handle
·Heavy Machined Flange (with O-Ring) for the seal between strainer basket and strainer housing.
·14 ga. (0.078” thick) perforated sheet having ¼” dia. holes, 3/8” staggered centers, 40% Open Area is standard. Perforated Strainer Basket can be supplied with any size hole and perforated pattern required.
·Handle is welded to the top of the heavy machined flange. Handle not removable.
