It is our newly developped air jet loom JLH9200, same with Tsudakoma ZAX9100,but with much lower price.
JLH9200 is the most advanced high speed air jet loom with wide weaving range, stable operation, saving gas and electricity, reducing production cost and improving production efficiency. Compared with other models, it can save 20%-30% of electricity and achieve efficiency of over 90%. It is more convenient to operate when the machine is moved down.
Weaving scope:high count yarn,high density,high quality fabric cloth
Raw material:combed yarn 7s-80s ,silk, polyster yarn
Respective fabric:fabric width above 280cm,to make home textile,curtain,bed sheet,quilt cover fabric width below 230cm,to make denim.
1) Solar term and gas saving -- so as to save electricity (save 20%-30%) electricity charge -- reduce the cost of cloth per meter
2) Bending and beating weft (new beating weft), the center of gravity of the machine moves downward, ensuring high speed and increasing output.
3) The rack is moved down, which is more convenient for the operator to operate, increasing the number of machines each person can see, and reducing the labor cost
4) The 9200 has a wider weaving range, and the previous models are not suitable for low-branch and high-density varieties. The 9200 breaks this limitation by taking advantage of its high speed. More in line with the customer's demand for a variety of fabric.
