1. The manual chain-type paper feeding system is adopted, which can make the general curved cardboard pass smoothly.
2. The tension of the chain is adjusted manually. The worktable is a thickened , thickness is 5mm. 1. Die-cutting roller for the high quality centrifugal casting materials, balance correction, hard-chrome plating.

1.Whole wallboard and important components are adopted aging treatment, eliminate the metal internal stress; Adopt high precision machining centers, CNC grinding machine for grinding processing.
2. The machine shaft, roller are adopted high quality steel, grinding processing, high precision computer dynamic balancing correction and surface hard chromium plating.
3. The engine drive gear is adopted 45# steel.
4. Machine transmission parts (shaft, gear joint) are adopted free key connection, the connection eliminate clearance. It is suitable for long-term high speed running with high torque.
5. The machine drive bearing, important driving parts adopt three domestic famous brands: Harbin,wafangdian,luoyang, simple maintenance, long service life.
6. The engine lubrication system is adopted automatic spray type lubrication.
7.Chain paper feeding mode, double side gear set position, ensure the accuracy of paper feeding.
8.Die-cutting roll 360 degree electric adjustment, digital display, and electronic counter.
9.Die-cutting rubber imported is easy to install and change, smooth edge of die-cutting tool, service life can reach 12 million times, greatly reducing production costs.
10. Die-cutting rubber roller adopts mechanical transverse moving device, about 40 mm, and controlled by pneumatic device. The tool mould moves up and down to prolong the service life of rubber .
