It can also finish grinding at the same time of the bevel and plane surface clamping at one time. Via the parameter setting of the CNC system, the precision error caused by the gap of ball screw can be eliminated, and the stability and uniformity of the mass production of the product can be ensure. The basic components of the machine are designed reasonably, with strict material selection, well-equipped auxiliary units, and the manufacturing process is in place. It has high static rigidity and dynamic rigidity, which ensures the quality and precision of the whole machine.
