Product feature
1.Please read the product instruction carefully before using.
2.Working pressure: 5kg/cm2
3.If not use for a long time, when the damping wheel jitter, before starting please turn to the degaussing process: first close wise and then counterclockwise to adjust tension from maximum to minimum to complete the degaussing.
4.When debugging, first adjust the tension to the scale position, and then adjust the Anti-back tension adjustment knob to make the tension rod under the green logo (slightly lower than level state)
5.The reason for the tesion:
1) The wool pre-tension is not enough which need adjusted.
2) The O-ring and the wool felt is dirty, need to be cleaned or replaced.
6.During normal working, the tension can be adjusted from small to large (clockwise). But from large to small (conterclosewise) is prohibited. Otherwise may cause breakage.
When replace wool felt please follow the original thickness and size, otherwise will lead to the unsmooth of the wire winding.
Note:

2)The O-Ring and the wool felt is too dirty need to be clean ot replace.
5.Normally working the tension can be adjusted from small to large (clockwise), prohibit the tension by major to small (counterclockwise), otherwise cause breakage.
6.When replace Wool felt please according to the thickness and size with the factory, or it will cause the wire not smoothly.
