Machine tool characteristics The spindle of grinding wheel of machine tool adopts double support structure. The double-row short cylindrical precision rolling bearing can run for a long time. No need maintenance. It owns good rigidity & rotation precision. The line speed of grinding wheel is segmented constant line speed, the adjustment range is 35~63m/s. It's applicable for medium tapered roller grinding. The spindle of guide wheel adopts double support rolling bearing , which uses a pair of double-row short cylindrical precision rolling bearing to bear radial force, and uses angular contact bearing for axial positioning, the rotation of guide wheel is driven through stepless speed regulation of variable frequency motor or servo motor. The guide wheel adopts special spiral guide roller. The feeding unit of machine tool is of double-layer skateboard structure. By Mitsubishi servo drive ball screw, it realizes feeding movement of skateboard. The feeding method can adopt double V-shaped guide rail movement structure of dense roller pin steel based on the modular design, also can use linear feeding movement of guide rail, the minimum feeding amount is 0.0005mm. The feeding of guide wheel rack and the trimming & feeding of grinding wheel can make tracking & compensation synchronously. The standard configuration of the machine tool is three axis numerical control (NC), we can increase the axis number (upon the customer's request) to realize automatic processing of multiply axes CNC.
