Overview The RS485 and RS232 adapter is used for connecting the ACS 140 frequency converter to a serial Modbus (RS232 or RS485) network. The adapter can also be used with the ACS 400 frequency converter. This chapter also states the safety instructions which apply to the installation and operation of the RS485/RS232 Adapter.
