Vertical ring die wood pellet machine is the new design wood pellet maker to make biomass fuel pellets.Biomass pellet machine is suitable for all kinds of hard and soft wood, rice husk, peanut shells.
The pellet machine adopts a large moduls hard toothed helical gearbox, strengthened spindle, stong power output, equipment stable opration, low failure rate, low production cost. It is the preferred machine model in the biomass indusrty.
Advantage of this machine:1. Feeding vertically, free of arch of the raw materials, easy for the heat emission in pelleting room.

Features of Wood Pellet Machine:
The characteristics of the straw fuel after forming the pellet fuel, the ratio is large, the volume is small, the combustion resistance is easy to store and transport. The volume after molding is 1/30~40 of the volume of the raw material, the proportion is 10~15 times of the raw material (density: 0.8-1.4), the calorific value can reach 3400~6000 kcal, and it is a solid fuel of highly volatile phenol.
