Twin screw extruder replacement parts in segment design wear-resistant material
Screw kneading block built on modular principle allows various L/D ratio of screw easily be changed to suit different material.
Modular principle design makes the screw elements can be replaced by new parts if they were wearing away during use.
1. Conveying elements
The conveying screw component is mainly a thread structure, and its function is to convey the material and give the material a certain thrust so that the material can overcome the resistance encountered in the flow channel. Conveying screw elements are currently the most popular extruder screw elements, with a strong transport function, short residence time and good self-cleaning properties.
2. Kneading elements
The main function of the kneading screw element is mixing, which is used for the distribution and dispersion of the materials. The strength and weakness of the dispersion and distribution effect are determined according to the thickness of each disk. Meantime, the larger the angle, the stronger the shear. Conversely, the smaller the angle, the weak the shear.

(1) You can fly to Nanjing Lukou Airport directly. We will arrange to pick u up at Lukou airport.
(2) You can fly to Shanghai Pudong International Airport then come to Nanjing by High-speed bullet train, then we will pick you up at Nanjing south railway station.
We will keep you updated by photos and videos. Once the machine is completed and ready for shipment, we will inform you to come to inspect the machine.
