Machine configuration:
1. Die cutting shaft alignment gauze shaft alignment makes the machine run more easily.
2. The circumferential direction of the master roll and the die-cutting part adopts computer (PRC) rapid phase 360 ° adjustment and computer display to improve work efficiency (orders can be stored and executed arbitrarily). The input dimension phase is automatically adjusted.
3. It is equipped with automatic counting device, which can correctly control the production quantity.
4. The host adopts variable frequency motor, which can save 20% to 30% of power.
5. The standard carton adopts template free die cutting, which greatly saves the cost of template.
6. The diameter of all embossing shafts is 156mm, which greatly improves the stability of the equipment during operation.
7. CAD module design can arbitrarily combine single, double and multi-color printing units.
8. The unit is electrically separated and pneumatically locked and loosened. With warning light, it can improve the operability.
9. When the automatic flexo ink printer slotter die cutter machine is stopped, the inking anilox will automatically separate from the printing plate, so that the printing plate surface will not be damaged.
10. The self-priming ink supply device can independently control the automatic idling cycle of the anilox roller. When the ink supply host is suspended, the surface will not be thirsty. Clean the anilox roller
11. All transmission shafts adopt keyless connecting rings to reduce the connection clearance and ensure the printing chromatic accuracy
12. All transmission shafts and rollers shall be polished and electroplated.
13. The whole machine is controlled by PLC touch screen
