The electric pump automatically lubricates the worktable, improving smooth feeding. An automatic lubrication pump is added to the feeding pressure roller shaft.

The dual active lower rollers for material feeding and the cylinder design for roller pressure provide smooth feeding of both wet and dry materials. The worktable surface, treated with special materials and processing techniques, greatly enhances its wear resistance.

The side pressing wheels are all pneumatically pressed and can be adjusted for pressure individually. The pressure setting is convenient, and the feeding performance is excellent.

The front two lower spindles with cutters are installed to sequentially complete rough and fine planing, effectively ensuring the flatness of the reference surface. This maximizes the utilization of material value and ensures smooth feeding for subsequent processing.

Our machines are almost assembled before loading in container. It is very easy for installation in your workshop. Video guidance and English manual can be provided freely. Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request. all cost in buyer's account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and Insurance cost, hotel and eating in buyer country is responsible by buyer, extra labor salary USD200/day.

Most of the spare parts are ready in stock. They will be sent to the buyer directly from our warehouse with original prices.
