Product Description Langbo Machinery offers heating mixer, cooler mixer and mixers combination. The heating mixers are applied for mixing, coloring and drying in the industry of plastics. The structure design of cooler mixer can be type of vertical or horizontal. Mostly dry powder raw material needs mixing before entering the extruder. The mixing unit is mainly used for the mixing and coloring of polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC), the coloring and drying of polyethylene particles, the drying before the molding and processing of hygroscopic resins such as polycarbonate, and the mixing of phenolic resins. Then, it is cooled by cooling and stirring to prevent clumping and degradation of the hot mixed material, allowing the additives in the hot mixed material to continue to penetrate into the plastic resin, eliminate residual gases in the hot mixed material, and store the hot mixed material. It has the characteristics of fast cooling speed and uniform cooling, which can meet the requirements of plastic production technology; It is one of the essential equipment for plastic processing plants and has a wide range of applications in industries such as rubber, pharmaceuticals, and pigments.
Product details 1)The Blade is made of stainless steel, formed by dynamic and static balance refining.

6)With direct & stable control type and analog display screen display, the staff can complete the set work for the different mixing material requirements within a few seconds, realizing the full automation of the manufacturing procedure, which greatly reduce labor intensity and production costs.
7)Direct & stable control type of the production line ends up the unsuitable discharge that the temperature is too high or too low, so as to ensure the good product quality and improve the production flexibility, security and reliability.
