1. Product Features
Simple operation and labor saving. From feeding, correction, cutting to gluing, splicing, stacking. All of them are finished one-time automation.
The whole machine servo drive, precise control, save materials, increase speed and reduce cost.
High-precision control of the servo motor combined with a unique synchronous drive ensures effective control of overlap and separation.
Dedicated high temperature, high strength wire enhances the product's longitudinal tensile strength and toughness. The effct used on thin plate is more significant.
The rapid cooling system allows the hot melt adhesive line to be more evenly attached to the bottom of the board.
High-precision encoder counting, the finished product cutting error is smaller.
Touch operation sets the same head, tail size, cutting width and other parameters, more convenient and flexible.
After using the middle plate splicing machine, the labor will be greatly saved (Save 70% assembling work, about 80% plate repair workers, and about 50% putty workers) and improve the product quality and grade of the finished board.
