PU Sandwich Panel Production Line with Rubber Belt Conveyer (Continuous Line)

This production line is kind of specialized equipment for producing sandwich PU panel with the middle layer of anti-combustion polyurethane and with steel sheet as the top and bottom surface layers. The sandwich PU can be 30-200mm in thickness, 1000mm in width, length determined by the customer. The sandwich PU panel is mainly used for keeping warm. Different insulating panels with other soft facing layers can also be produced on the line.
The operation principle of this line is as follows: raw materials of rigid-foam are delivered into the mixing head through the metering pump on the injection machine and then injected onto the bottom facing sheet going to conveyors along with the top superficial sheet. Between the upper and lower conveyors, the liquid materials are hardened into solidity, then by an automatic tracking cutting mechanism, cut into pieces according to the preset length.
Production process flow:
Upper decoiling – roll forming
Bottom decoiling – roll forming – PU foaming & injecting – PU solidifying – length cutting – run out

Packaging:
seaworthy nude packing for roof roll forming machine,
using steel rope and wood block to fix the machine inside container,
using the film cover the machine for dustproof
Shipping:
The machine will be shipped by FCL, containers will be sent to our factory for loading.
The well-cooperated experienced shipping forwarder will take care all the shipping as well as custom clearance.
Before shipping we will inspect the machine and test run the machine in our factory.

A:Our factory is located in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China. Is about 160KM from Shanghai Pudong Airport. Customer can fly to Shanghai, or directly to Wuxi via Guangzhou or Beijing.

2. Q:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A:Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the end. Each part of the machine components are strictly processed by advanced machine tools and experienced staffs. Every machine element is checked and inspected by our QC. Each machine before delivery shall test run and be well checked
3. Q: Do you have any certificate?
A: Our factory has ISO quality certificate, and our machine has CE certificate.
4. Q: How about the after sales service?
A: Before shipping, our machine has been test run and well checked. If customer need home service 1-2 technicians will be dispatched to Buyer’s plant for installation & commissioning. Work period: within 3 days. Our machine working life is more than 5 years, in case customer need any spares in the future we shall offer with cost price.
5. Q: How about the machine warranty?
