Product Details35 mm 50 mm Water Purify PP PVC Packing Filter lamella clarifier Tube Settlerpvc pp 50mm 80mm Plastic Hexagon Honeycomb Packing Lamella Plate Clarifiers Tube Settler are a cost-effective solution for drinking water and wastewater plants to increase treatment capacity, reduce new installation footprints, improve effluent water quality, and decrease operating costs.Tube settler media is suitable in removing sand in inlet, water precipitation in industry and drinking water. separation in oil & water.tube settlers are single plastic profiles combined to tubes. This design multiplies the sedimentation area up to 15 times per square meter surface area and helps to improve sedimentation in water and waste water treatment plants.Different executions support a better process and cost reduction of the plant. The PP matail tube settlerPVC material tube settlerAdvantages for lamella clarifiers(tube settler).1. Clarifiers/basins equipped with tube settlers can operate at 2 to 4 times the normal rate of clarifiers/basins without tubesettlers.2. New installations using tube settlers can be designed smaller because of increased flow capability.3. Flow of existing water treatment plants can be increased through the addition of tube settlers.4. Tube settlers increase allowable flow capacity by expanding settling capacity and increasing the solids removal rate insettling tanks.Tube settlers offer an inexpensive method of upgrading existing water treatment plant clarifiers and sedimentation basins to improve performance. They can also reduce the tankage/footprint required in new installations or improve the performance of existing settling basins by reducing the solids loading on downstream filters. Made of lightweight PVC or PP, tube settlers can be easily supported with minimal structures that often incorporate the effluent trough supports. They are available in a variety of module sizes and tube lengths to fit any tank geometry, with custom design and engineering offered by the manufacturer.Clarifiers/basins equipped with tube settlers can operate at 2 to 4 times the normal rate of clarifiers/basins without tubesettlers. * It is possible to cut coagulant dosage by up to half while maintaining a lower influent turbidity to the treatmentplant filters. * Less filter backwashing equates to significant operating cost savings for both water and electricity. * Newinstallations using tube settlers can be designed smaller because of increased flow capability. * Flow of existing water treatment plants can be increased through the addition of tube settlers. * Tube settlers increase allowable flow capacity by expanding settling capacity and increasing the solids removal rate in settling tanks.Product ParametersOur best seller of tube settler is diameter 35mm,50mm,80mm, you can choose tube settler size accord to your request.Aperture (mm)Thickness (mm)Quantity(pcs/m2)Weight(kg/m3)Surface Area (m2/m3)φ35mm0.45-14537109φ50mm0.45-1322687φ80mm0.5-1202250Product Details ShowThe sheet of tube settlerPVC material tube settler with anti UVThe PP matail tube settlerThe block tube settler, sheets are connect by welding toolThis is nomal size of tube settler, Length 1m*width 1m, and the block size is 1m*1m *0.866m heightThe specification we have of PP tube settler 25mm diameter tube settler 35mm diameter tube settler 50mm diameter tube settler80mm diameter tube settlerTo save transport cost, we send sheet of tube settler,1cubic packing in one bulk, a pallet can load 40-50 cubic according to thickness.Welding Tool Welding tool used to welding PP material tube settlerProduct ProcessingWe owe five producing lines, and producing 2000m3 per week, and we have many stock in warehouse, so that can arrange shipping within 3daysApplicationApplication of Tube Settler.1.Tube settler is used in sediment pool, wastewater treated pool, Accelerated Sediment pool and clarifier.2.Tube settler can do wastewater treatment of Metal processing3.Water from earth's surface purification4.Tube settler is a tool doing treatment of washing water5.Tube settler can also wastewater treatment of paper making Packing &DeliveryTube settler shipped by sheetTube settler shipped by blockQ: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?A: We are manufacturer with our own factory.Q: How long is your delivery time?A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock.
