Gelatin Melting Tank is the main equipment in the production process of capsulized glue.the agitator stirring mode adopts bidirectional multi-layer split-flow stirring.which had the advantages of uniform material stirring and accelerating sol dissolution.
Gelatin Melting Tank heating model adopts water bath thermal resistance heating,which had fast heating speed and uniformity,stable temperature control,optimum gel temperature,which can be improved gel quality and shortened gel time.

Glue melting tank tank body adopts three-layer closed structure, including inner tank, heating jacket layer and heat preservation insulation layer.The mixing assembly is composed of a looper connected mixing slurry for rotation, a manhole (feeding port) for quick opening and quick installation, and the device on the tank is composed of a thermometer, a vacuum gauge and other instruments for observation and control.
Glue melting tank has fast heating, strong constant temperature performance, stable vacuum performance and stable operation.
