Full-auto Intelligent Zipper Slider Pin Box Inserting Machine 1. The function of this machine is fixing the pin&box automatically onto the open-end zipper or two-way open-end zipper which has been welded with film and punched.
2. This machine is applicable to different specification of nylon/metal/open-end zippers,including No.4,No.5,No.7,No.8, and No.10.

Machine advantages:
1. Touch screen man-machine interface is simply operated.
2. The machine running is monitored. It is very convenient to fault resolution because faults will be showed on the touch screen automatically. Press firstly then punch pin box. To avoid pin box deformation and improve the quality of zipper,the machine adopts to press the pin box firstly,then punch them by pin.
3. Servo driving with accurate positioning and good stability.
