Biomass pellet machine, also known as wood pellet machine or ring mold pellet machine, is a kind of finished product that extrudes biomass material into pellets.
Features:
1.Vertical ring-die pellet making machines adopt vertical feeding method. The powdery material is fed into pelletizing chamber directly. The mold of the machine is still while the ring-die is rotating. Under the function of centrifugal force, the material will distribute evenly in the pelletizing chamber. The mold of a vertical pellet machine is not easily clogged. Thus, the service life of the mold is prolonged.
2.The main gear adopts high-accuracy gear drive and the bearing is made from high-quality alloy material. The pelletizing rate of vertical pellet making machine is up to 95%. It is applicable to large-scale pellet production line.
