This standard describes the flammability of mattresses, soft sofa chairs and soft beds subjected to different combustion types of initial fire sources and secondary fire sources
2. Determine the ignition source. Different products are suitable for different ignition sources;

ŸMattresses, soft sofa chairs and soft beds and assemblies are tested with the combustion type of the conventional bedspread with the secondary fire source
There are 6 different ignition sources in total, numbered 2-7, 2-3 is a gas ignition source, and 4-7 is a wooden frame ignition source
3. Determine the ignition source and prepare samples
4. Fill out the application form, which includes: product name, product model, product thickness, product density;
5. Send samples for testing
6. Issue a test report
How to determine whether the mattress meets the requirements, you can refer to the following test conditions:
During the gas flame ignition source combustion test, it is not allowed to continue smoldering for 15 minutes after removing the ignition source (the value for the wooden frame ignition source is 60 minutes). The test does not allow any horizontal charring distance from the ignition point to exceed 100mm. Remove the gas ignition source after 40 seconds (ignition source 2) or 70 seconds (ignition source 3). Use ignition source 4-5. If there is no burning phenomenon 10 minutes after the start of the test, the test continues (the value for ignition source 6-7 is 13 minutes).
