Inaddition,we can design the line according to customer's budget.
Usually,we just add a strip cutting machine and a quick freezer,we can produce the frozen french fries with the potato chips machines,others can be shared.
Frozen french fries production process
Single machine detail
1.Hoister:
It is used to transport the potato to the peeling machine,easy to put potato for workers.
2.Washing and peeling
This machine is used to washing and peeling fresh potato,it used to peal with hard brush and soft brush. It can discharge automatically
3.Picking line
This machine is used to pick out the bad quality fresh potatoes by manual ,conveyor the potato to next machine and return the potato with peel to washing and peeling machine.
4.Slicer
It is used to cut the potato into chips.
5.Bubble washing machine
Washing time is 30-40s; Washing process is for washing off the potato starch on the potato strips which can keep it from fall in the oil and keep long-use life for the frying machine. it can wash off the sugar on the surface of the potato then it can keep the oil from turning bad and keep a long using life.
At the same time, French fries is totally immersed in water which can keep it from enzymatic-oxydative browning
6.blanching machine
Blanching is a very import and necessary
procedure. It is used to protect color and make good taste for french fries After washing, the potato sticks go into the blanching machine. It can destroy the enzyme activity, and improve the organizational structure.

7.Air blow drying machine
This machine used to remove the moisture on surface of materials completely.
8.Continuous frying machine
It is used to fry the potato chips
9.Air blow de-oiliing machine
Through high pressure wind blowing for cooling and removing the excess oil after vibrating .It can de-oil and at the same time make the potato chips into normal temperature.

10. Seasoning machine
The equipment is equipped with a sprinkling device. The seasoning is evenly and continuously sprinkled into the roller. The potato chips are seasoned and mixed through the rotation of the roller. There is a leaky net at the discharge port.It can leak the additives powder evenly.
11.Automatic scaling and packing machine
It can automatically scale and pack.
