Cleanroom Sticky Mats are a special floor mat product designed to control dust contamination
in clean environments. They are usually placed at the entrance of clean rooms, laboratories,
semiconductor production workshops, precision instrument manufacturing factories, etc. that
have strict requirements on environmental cleanliness, as well as in the buffer area from low
clean areas to high clean areas.
The sticky mat is composed of multiple layers of tear-off film. The surface of each film layer
has a strong adhesive gel coating, which can effectively absorb and remove tiny dust particles
carried by shoe soles or other items. When one layer is used, the layer can be torn off to expose
the next layer of new sticky surface for continued use. This ensures that there is a clean contact
surface every time you enter the clean room to reduce the introduction of external dust.
