The upper body is meticulously crafted with a three-arm full-sliding structure, complemented by three grab handles, two hanging baskets, two under-excavation hammers, and two anchor lever arms. This innovation ensures a seamless, onsite handling of the entire initial tunnel support process, enhancing construction efficiency while significantly reducing safety hazards and occupational injuries.
Functional Integration: The intelligent integrated arch anchoring and spraying trolley incorporates the entire spectrum of tunnel initial support processes. These include initial spraying, precise measuring and setting points, under-excavation operations, arch frame installation, advanced support, system anchor construction, anchor net installation, and shotcrete operations. This comprehensive functionality ensures superior performance and reliability.
Equipment Digitization (Optional): Our trolley offers optional advanced digital features such as cluster management, precise positioning, video surveillance, walkie-talkie functionality, pre/alarm features, data management, tunnel BIM technology, digital twin, construction report management, tunnel contour scanning, remote control, and more. These capabilities empower site managers with real-time data and control for optimized operations.
Large Amount of Shotcrete: Delivering up to an impressive 50m³/h, this equipment ensures exceptional spraying efficiency while minimizing the risk of pipe clogging, making it a standout performer in its category.
Less Operating Personnel: Our intelligent trolley drastically reduces manpower requirements, allowing the entire construction operation to be efficiently managed by just 3-4 people compared to the traditional need for 8 or more personnel, significantly cutting down labor costs.
Auxiliary Function Integration: Equipped with a breaker hammer and a welding machine, the equipment is capable of performing under-excavation processing and welding operations during arch installation, providing unmatched versatility on the construction site.
High Efficiency: Featuring three powerful arms and three grippers, along with a multi-degree-of-freedom manipulator, our machine offers a maximum grabbing force of up to 3 tons. This robust setup meets all requirements for prefabricated arch installation, various benching method operations, and precise positioning and adjustment. The entire erection process can be accomplished in about an hour, highlighting its superior efficiency.
Installation of Prefabricated Arch Frames: Utilizing our patented multi-frame prefabricated segmented assembly and folding arch frame installation techniques, the arch frames are produced outside the tunnel. This significantly reduces working time on hazardous surfaces and enhances construction safety, while elevating overall operational efficiency to new heights.
