Creel is a platform which holds the supply packages like cone, cheese or spool in warping process.
Warping machine consists of several parts such as creel, open reed, head stock, warping drum etc. Feeding bobbins, cones, cheese or spools are fitted on metallic frames called as creels. These metallic frames consist of yarn tensioning devices which gives the uniform tension. But in latest machines instead of yarn tensioning devices they are provided with provided with centralized tension variation having automated control technique.
Scope of Application of the creel form:
Multiple forms available
1. According to the method of yarn introduction: internal yarn introduction
2, according to the form of yarn change: fixed type flip type car type
3. According to the number of yarn guide columns: two rows of yarns, four rows of yarns
4, according to the angle of the creel: rectangular V-shaped
5. According to the unwinding mode of the bobbin: axial unwinding, radial unwinding
The configuration of the creel
1. The configuration of the tensioner can be customized according to the yarn material and process.
2. According to the thickness and durability of the yarn [or according to customer requirements] custom infrared yarn breakage

The creel is composed by N.512 spindles arranged on N.8 rows covering 64 spindles each one -N.32 on each side N.4 spans on N.16 panets.

Product Parameters
Creel capacity determines the number of warping sections. Generally, the warping creel capacity is 100-2000 bobbins. It ensures to hold the supply packages in proper positions. Creeling includes sampling of yarn, passing through tensioner, thread guide, drop wire and on to the beam.
Only single type of creel cannot give the same beaming efficiency for different types of yarns. WETEX can supply many numbers of creels which are used for different purposes.
