Use:
The series machine is mainly used for mixing the resin sand and water glass sand;
Characteristics:
The agglomerant adopt the electric variable diaphragm pump, has the advantages of light weight, compact size, stable and reliable flow
It is uniform of the sand mulling, so it significantly guarantee the quality of moulding (coremaking)
Sand mulling in short time, the acephalia, tail sand, they will be exhausted after stooping. The wide-open cage-type wall, it is convenient to adjust and clean for the blade, it is facilitate to operate and maintain.
The inlet of the sand mixer can equip with the new and old sand proportional regulator according to the productive requirement. It can accurately control the ration and production rate of the new and old sand. We can adjust and choose the rate in the process of sand mulling.
Resin sand mixer is a mixing machine used to continuously mix resin molding sand in foundry plant.
Resin sand mixer has: S25 series double-arm and S24 series single-arm sand mixer, which can mix 5 tons, 10 tons, 15 tons and 20 tons of molding sand every hour. According to different users' requirements, non-standard customized machine is available.
