We recommend to add 3 – 5 g of Curafose K8 per 1 kg of meat at the beginning of processing in the cutter. Curafose K8 can be used for wet process, as well, where is quickly dissolving, has very good total yield, good bright color, no caking effect and very good solubilization with presence of salt.
