Product Description Tenghu full automatic vacuum blood collection tube production line is including the process of labeling, labeling CCD detection, auto online, tube loading, loading inspection, ion air cleaning, sodium citrate reagent filling, capping, vacuuming, foam tray loading, etc.
1. Fit in Φ13*75mm & Φ13*100mm,or Φ16*100mm tube;
2. Production capacity of full automatic assembly line: 16000-20000pcs/h;
3. Inverted tube detection, tube stuck detection (small tube failure system can automatically debug) See the detailed description of the subsequent equipment;
4. Spray system: Ceramic precision filling pump (patented product), imported PTFE tube pipeline, high chemical stability, anti-adhesive (the inner wall is not easy to generate air bubbles), the tube has high transparency, and the internal fluid condition can be easily observed;
