Product Description
1) Our feed pellet machine can produce feedstuff pellets for animal/poultry like chicken, pig, cattle, sheep, duck, rabbits...
They are widely used in feed factories, breed aquatics factories, organic fertilizer factories
2) Raw material:
rice husk, straw, cotton stalk, cottonseed skins, weeds, crop stalks and other plant wastes, especially low-bonding and unformed materials.
Moisture of raw materials should be less than the national standard of 13%. If not, the raw material must be dried.
The size of raw materials should be less than 5mm, if not; the raw material must be crushed by a hammer mill crusher.
Working Principle
The main shaft and flat die in the effect of friction drives the pressing roller rotating itself. The temperature will rise between the pressing roller and mould disk; then the high temperature will ripen the starch; make the protein denaturation and solidification.
Finally the raw materials will discharged from the mould holes. Then the pellets can be getting out of the machine through the throwing disk.
We can control the length of the pellets according to adjust the angle of cutting knives.
Features:
Simple structure, wide applicability, small floor space, low noise Powder feed, do not add water or little water granulation can be carried out. The moisture content of pellets smaller, more conducive to storage. Grain hardness, surface finish, internal curing fully, can improve digestion and absorption of nutrients. So pathogenic microorganisms and parasites can be killed, be suitable for feeding rabbit, fish, duck and experimental animals. The models has1.5~20 various diameter dies, be suitable for granulation of different materials and get the best results. Be suitable for various materials, suppression effect can be guaranteed.
