Product Description
Plastic PVC Mixing Machine are widely used for mixing, drying, and coloring for all kinds of plastic resin such as PVC , PE, PP. They can also be applied in drying of engineering plastic such as, ABS, PC, etc. This unit is composed of heating and cooling mixers. Hot material from heating mixer is fed into cooling mixer for cooling to eliminate gas and avoid burning. By high temperature and water cooling to mixture pvc and some other materials, this machine is necessary one in plastic extrusion and injection parts. Additionally, we have other plastic mixers, such as color mixer, and big capacity automatic mixing production line. Features of Plastic PVC Mixing Machine:
- mixer barrel adopts 5mm stainless steel, bottom adopts 6mm stainless steel, it's stronger and durable. some factory use only 3mm stainless steel, the cost is cheaper, but it's not durable, the mixing barrel will wear off after some time.
- the frame of mixer made by 12mm channel steel which are stronger and more durable. some factory only use 10mm channel steel
- the bottom support steel plate adopts 20mm steel sheet, most factory only use 14mm thick steel.
- the mixer exhausing filter adopts very good air filter used for car, the air exhausting effect is much more better than cloth bag filter.
- the cooling mixer's cooling belt is elaborately designed which can fast cool down the plastic materials.
- hot mixer blades are well desgined which can save mixing time by 2mintues for one batch.
- adopts Gemany oil seal, make sure no oil leakge
