Product Description Our circulation type vacuum homogenizing mixer is specially designed for the large volume of material mixing use. It is mainly divided by two parts, SPA series and SPC series. The SPA series is more suitable for the engineering installation.
The equipment is installed with a high shear homogenizer with an internal or external circulation system, featuring bottom-mounted. The mixing tank comes with a two-way stirring paddle with a wall scraper.

Features:1)High sanitary level: the material can be food grade SS304 /SS316L and it is full-welded.
2)Multi-ports available: material inlet port, LED port, air filter port, observation hole, vacuum port, breathing port, etc.
3)Multi-function: it can be used to make shampoo, lotion, cream, gel, perfume, etc.
4)Convenient operation: Button control, and PLC control are optional
5)Customization service: the heating/cooling jacket is optional based on the need

1. Working principle:
The mixing blades or stirring paddles of liquid mixer machine rotate along a fixed direction under the driving of the power unit. The materials are pushed to do axial rotation and radial rotation during the rotation of the stirring paddles.Stirring blades or blending paddles of the high shear liquid mixer machine has very high linear velocity, which will make materials dispersed evenly in short time.

2. Multiple blending structures:
Liquid Mixer has several types of blending structures. Customers can choose as per special demand.

3. Emulsifying and dispersing structure:We can install a high speed emulsifying motor to push the materials reach a better dispersion. 4. Liquid spray system, Heating and cooling jacket, Surface treatment and steel grade:
Liquid spraying device can be installed as per requirement.
Heating and cooling jacket is available according to customer's temperature.
