1.The spindle unit system has undergone strict dynamic balance tests, with high precision, good precision retention, small thermal deformation, and good thermal stability. The maximum speed can reach 3200rpm, and the nose deflection accuracy is within 0.003MM. The front end of the shaft uses a large-diameter high-precision double-row roller bearing with a combined oblique contact ball bearing structure. Use the servo motor to drive the cutter head to rotate for two-way or any nearby tool selection, use the hydraulic principle to loosen and clamp the clutch, and cooperate with the proximity switch to feedback the clutch action signal to quickly and accurately achieve the tool change action.
3.The machine is equipped with THK linear guide rail and ball screw. The heat-treated and precision-ground ball screw can ensure the best precision and durability. Each axis adopts a direct transfer shaft structure and a double-anchor pre-relay method, which can minimize thermal displacement and greatly improve machining accuracy. High rigidity, large size, and heavy-duty linear slide rails can keep the accuracy of the machine unaffected when it is impacted, the displacement is smooth and the noise is low, which can prolong the service life.
