Applications:
This product is white or light yellow crystalline powder, mainly used for textile fabrics dissociative formaldehyde catching, like non-ironing resin, stiffening resin finishing and saving of high level dissociative formaldehyde in garment.
The most important use of Ethylene Urea is in the preparation of Dimethylol Ethylene Urea (DMEU) which is a textile finishing agent giving excellent dimensional stability and crease resistance to cotton blends. It is also used as a formaldehyde scavenger in systems with excess free formaldehyde.
DMEU is easily manufactured by reaction of Ethylene Urea with formaldehyde to give low free formaldehyde resins. DMEU is also used as a catalyst in the stabilisation of the copolymers of trioxane,in dispersion coating, in adhesive formulation.
Also this product plays very good as dissociative formaldehyde scavenger for urea-formaldehyde resin, melamine formaldehyde resin, furan resin and all kinds of high, middle, low paints, coating etc.
1. High Efficiency: its active content can cross link react with formaldehyde continuously, capturing dissociative formaldehyde quickly, the removing ratio can reach 90~99.5%;
2. Safety: It doesn’t content any hazardous materials, un-rebounding; the reaction product is safe, no toxicity, and non hazardous, non-volatile, non-corrosive;
3. Widely usage, stable property.
Packing:
Packed by cardboard drums or bags with inner plastic bags, net weight is 25kgs per drum. This product should be stored in cool and dry warehouse, avoid mixing with the oxidizer storage, avoid light, heat, kept tightly closed when not in use.
