Performance characteristics
1.It adopts an articulated body structure; the front frame is the power part, and the concrete tank is installed on the rear frame, with four-wheel drive.
2.The front frame is equipped with a swing frame, which increases the swing angle of the front and rear car bodies in the vertical plane, allowing the vehicle to land on all wheels on muddy and bumpy roads, more effectively improves the wheel adhesion and the passing ability of the entire vehicle.
3.Equipped with Cummins water-cooled engine, which has low noise and long service life.
4.The cab adopts ergonomic design and is equipped with air conditioning, which improves driving comfort-ability.
5.The main components of the hydraulic system use imported brands or well-known domestic brand products, ensuring the reliability of the hydraulic system.
6.The Italian SAFIM dual-circuit braking system is selected. The working brake is a fully enclosed wet multi-disc hydraulic brake, the emergency brake and parking brake are hydraulic release spring brakes, which effectively ensures braking safety.
7. The frame adopts post-weld annealing treatment and shot blasting treatment to eliminate welding stress and ensure the quality of the whole machine.
8. This machine is equipped with cleaning device, water metering device and control system; automatic fire extinguishing system and automatic lubrication system are optional.
