2. Working Principle :
A special shape of the blending paddle is installed inside the mixer machine. Slurry and creamed liquids are mixed and crushed and dispersed repeatedly under the action of the special blending paddle and crushing choppers, and then fully mixed uniformly with liquid, powder, granules, particles, pellets, and other accessories.
3. Features:
(1) Suitable for the blending process under the condition of big mixing resistance or big friction drag or easy to wear and abrase equipment.
(2) Materials having large blending resistance are for example: viscous fluid paste, paste materials, adhesive materials, slurry materials, creamed materials, etc.
(3) Featured with fast high efficiency, high degree of mixing uniformity, high output, high anti-resistance.
(4) Mixing time can be finished generally in 1-4 minutes.
(5) Easy to repair and easy to clean.
