This machine is a self-propelled harvesting, picking and bundling machine, based on the technical performance requirements of the full mechanization of grain harvesting. Considering that wheat and rice harvest stubble height is high, manual harvesting is labor-intensive; and straw is often disposed of by burning, burying, etc., which not only pollutes the environment, but also causes a huge waste of resources. This machine is an integrated and optimized combination that integrates the cutting of wheat and rice straw residues, combined harvesting and bundling, etc. It compresses many aspects of traditional straw harvesting into one process, avoiding the segmentation of "pulling and throwing, throwing and picking up" The harvesting mode is of great significance for improving the mechanization level of straw harvesting, reducing farmers' labor intensity, improving production efficiency, and increasing farmers' income. When the suitable rotation speed for straw cutting is 350~600 r/min, the suitable gap between the harvesting table and the ground is 20~100mm, and the operating speed is 2.5~4.5m/s, the straw harvesting productivity of this machine can reach 0.67 hm2/h ( 10 acres/h), the collection rate can reach 96%.
