Disposable Face Mask:
Destination: Barrier protection for food processing and handling, manufacturing, painting, household cleaning, cooking, protective, laboratorial, catering and industrial sectors. It is good for persons working in electronic workplaces, restaurants, hotels, catering, kitchens, and food processing workshops.
Composition: 100% spun-bonded polypropylene non-woven fabric plus high filtration tissue paper(or plus active carbon, if any, for 4-ply disposable active carbon face mask), or simply spun-bond + melt-blown + spun-bond nonwoven fabric(SMS in short) are hypoallergenic, fiberglass free, latex free, fluid resistant for making disposable face mask with enclosed padded nose piece and elastic ear-loops or open tie-on straps in colours of white, yellow, green, blue, pink, etc.
Features: It is soft and comfortable, hypoallergenic, without glass fibers, ultrasonic welding, easy to breathe by creating excellent respiratory comfort and high filtration capacity.
Grammage: 20g. disposable nonwoven + 20g. tissue paper + 25g. non woven for face mask, or 18g. PP + 50g. activated carbon + 20g. filtration tissues + 25g. PP material for disposable active carbon face mask, or SMS, TET materials as per buyers' request.
Description: Disposable face mask 1 ply, 2 ply, 3 ply, 4 ply, 17.5x9.5cm, with fixation laces or ear loops, flexible plastic piece laminated with aluminum wire that perfectly fits the face by creating a constant and comfortable pressure of the mask on skin.
