1, Each shaft is directly controlled by independent direct drive (servo) motor, with short transmission chain, good transmission rigidity and high transmission accuracy.
2, B-axis motor adopts servo spindle motor, which has good characteristics of low speed constant torque, and the speed can be in the range of 0-2500r.p.m stepless speed regulation, cutting speed up to 180m-200m /min, especially suitable for small diameter bevel gear processing.
3, The working shaft adopts large torque direct drive motor, and adopts high-precision and high-stiffness rolling bearing support to make the highest rotation of the table can reach 300rpm, which significantly improves the machining accuracy and efficiency of the machine tool.
4, The main guideway pair adopts imported brand, good transmission rigidity, large supporting capacity, high straightness of motion, fast radial and axial direction speed movement up to 6m/min.
5. The machine tool is equipped with automatic chip removal device to reduce labor intensity.
6. The hydraulic and lubricating oil of the machine tool are separated from each other, which improves the reliability of the hydraulic system.
