High Precision Double Side Flat Grinding and Polishing Machine for Valves
Usage: The products are used for the high precision and high efficiency grinding of metal and non-metal thin disc parts of various shapes (hydraulic and pneumatic components, hydraulic motor parts, automotive steering pump parts, refrigeration compressor parts, oil pump and nozzle parts, engine parts, high precision bearings, seals, piston rings, molds, instruments, carbide inserts, ceramHigh-speed Precision Thrust Plate Surface Processing Machine for Flat Honing and Thickness Reductionic spool, magnetic materials) on both upper and lower planes simultaneously.
Features:
1. Cast iron bed is adopted to reduce vibration and deformation during machining, ensure machine rigidity and precision, and ensure machining accuracy. The upper and lower discs choose CBN or diamond grinding wheels according to the grinding product material.
2. Adopt high precision and rigid NSK spindle system to improve the machining accuracy.
3. Adopt heavy-duty linear guide rail + precision ball screw transmission feed method to reduce friction and improve service life to ensure machining accuracy.
4. The water tank filtration system is magnetic separator + paper belt filtration + industrial grade compressor constant temperature cooling.
5.Automatic loading and unloading device is optional according to the size, batch and precision requirements of grinding products to realize fully automatic continuous processing.
