3.Main Introduction
1.This machine subverts the concept of only sawing and longitudinal slicer can make thicker veneer in the past and breaks through the thinking style of wood processing and obtains the invention patent of new national product so as to provide reliable guarantee for the high and efficient timber processing.
2.The main motor DC motor, the controller uses Scheniders and with energy-saving devices.
3.To guarantee precise veneer thickness, we use ball screw with servo motor.To avoid veneer scratch we used auto blade back system
4.Use hvdraulic system, log clamping become more convenient for operator and improves efficiency
5.Control cabinet combines electric and hydraulic system, make it easy forsingle operator
6.Automatic hydraulic blade holding system, and log holder auto turn back system are fitted there, grinding and replacing the blade become so easy and quickly
7.Heating system in blade holder and press bar, avoids stain in the veneer to improve veneer quality
8.Pneumatic brake systems can stop the machine at any required position, and restart promptly. It is convenient for the operator to adjust the log, and safety also guaranteed.
