The device offers unparalleled precision, drilling perfect holes on three sides of an H-beam steel simultaneously, supported by 7 CNC axes. Utilizing CAD/CAM for direct processing program generation, it accommodates a maximum H-beam section size of 1000×500mm (belly height × wing width) and a drilling diameter of up to 33.5mm. The sophisticated control system integrates computer numerical control, AC servo system, photoelectric encoder, and PLC. Simply input the workpiece size to automatically generate the machining program, which can be stored, recalled, displayed, and processed by part number with ease.
