Product Description.Tuning fork density meter uses acoustic frequency signal source to excite the metal tuning fork,and makes the tuning fork vibrate freely at the center frequency.This frequency has a corresponding relationship with the density of liquid, therefore, the density of liquid can be measured by analyzing the frequency. And the temperature compensation can eliminate the temperature drift. While based on the corresponding relationship between density and concentration,the concensation of liquid under the 20ºC can be calculated .

Continuous on-line measurement of density, concentration and temperature of liquid media, with on-site display of density and temperature or concentration. at the same time output of 4-20mA analog signals and digital signals with RS485 or HART protocol (optional) to PLC or DCS control systems.
The instrument has a built-in temperature sensor with its own temperature compensation function, high precision and good stability.
Tuning Fork Density Meter is characterized by small size, long life, high reliability, light weight, no pipeline pressure loss, plug-and-play, integrated structure, flexible and convenient installation and less maintenance.
According to the user's liquid medium requirements to choose different materials: 316L, 316L lined with PTFE, Hastelloy C, Hastelloy B2, Hastelloy B3, titanium, ceramics and so on.
Threaded, flange and clamp mounting options are available, and can also be customized according to user requirements
