Used for corner crimping of aluminum window and door and curtain wall sash, four corners can be finished in one cycle. In the whole working cycle with Schnider CNC system driving the four heads, thus can achieve the high automatic and intelligent operation, automatic fabricating size control. The head moving adopt linear bearing, with high accuracy and stability. Four corner auto pre-clamping by moment supervising of servo-control system. Convenient adjustment of the crimp tooling can be met different profile requirement. Imported CNC system with a humanized design of human -machine interface, easy to operate and reliable operation.
