Product Introduction
The metal microporous filter cartridge processed by stainless steel irregular powder can be isostatically pressed, molded and extruded. It has good permeation filtration performance and high filtration accuracy, as well as certain strength and toughness, and can be used at a high temperature of 600 °C.
The metal microporous filter cartridge is mainly used in basic industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, and environmental protection as filter materials, porous electrode materials, sound-absorbing materials, shock-absorbing materials, divergent cooling materials, catalysts and catalytic reduction materials, antifreeze and buffer materials.

Features
1. High porosity
The pore size is uniform, easy to blow back, can be regenerated online, easy to clean, strong regeneration ability, and long service life.
2. High mechanical strength
It is easy to install and use, easy to maintain, good in assembly, and can be welded, bonded and machined. Uniform pores, ideal for situations needing high consistency, such as fluid dispersion and homogenization treatment. Good mechanical performance, low pressure difference, large flow rate, pressure filtration and suction filtration, and simple operation.
3. Good molding process
The total unwelded length is up to 1200 mm. Stainless steel powder products are manufactured at one time without cutting, resulting in a high effective utilization rate of raw materials and maximum material savings. It is particularly suited to components with huge batch sizes and complex architectures.
Package and Shipment
1. Sintered Filters are usually packed in cartons, wrapped in soft film, and fixed in a box filled with industrial foam cotton, and the outer baler is packed with plastic bags with no damage during transportation.
2. Wooden box export packaging can also be customized. The foam cotton can be filled and fixed, the external box is sealed, the bottom is specified, the whole packaging is processed, and the goods can be delivered to the designated place of the customer without damage.
