The comprehensive production line features a shredder, crusher, frication washer, floating tank, and centrifugal dryer with a remarkable capacity ranging from 300 to 5000 kg/hr. Our line guarantees meticulous and proficient decontamination of waste plastics utilizing both cold and hot washing systems, integrated with cutting-edge recycling technologies. Post-washing, the products achieve superior quality, perfect for standalone use or blending with other materials for reprocessing.

Main Machines For the Line
Belt Conveyor
Our belt conveyors, available in both light and heavy-duty options, employ a gearbox motor and are equipped with sidewalls to prevent material spillage. For enhanced safety and efficiency, a metal detector can be installed on the belt conveyor.
Shredder Ideal for large plastic materials such as big drums, tanks, lumps, and die head material, our shredders perform initial grinding. The shredded material is then processed by a secondary crusher for finer crushing, yielding material sizes under 12mm for superior cleaning. YILI offers a series of shredders with varying capacities and functionalities to suit customer requirements.
Crusher
The crusher reduces material to smaller sizes while simultaneously cleaning it with water and cooling the blades during the process. This transformation enhances the washing results and facilitates easy packaging of the final product.
Frication Washer Engineered for high-speed washing, the frication washer efficiently removes contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials using water. Following the frication washer, materials proceed to the floating tank for further cleansing.
Floating Tank
This module adeptly separates sediment and metal from materials. With various washing wheel designs and inverter-controlled speeds, it ensures effective cleaning. The bottom features a magnetic valve for prompt dirt discharge, made from durable stainless steel.
Centrifugal Dryer Our horizontal centrifugal dryer offers exceptional drying performance for plastic flakes with minimal energy use. Its self-cleaning grid mesh, timed for efficiency, provides simultaneous washing and drying capabilities.
Hot Air Pipeline Heating
Constructed from stainless steel, the pipeline channels hot air to further dry materials, effectively reducing internal moisture content.
