Reversible crusher
The reversible crusher can handle various coarse, medium and fine materials ores and rocks (granite, concrete, limestone, etc.) with a particle size not greater than 120-500 mm and a compressive strength not exceeding 320 MPa. Working principle
The rotor is arranged in the center of the crusher, and the rotor drives the hammer head to perform high-speed circular motion. The rotor can rotate in positive and negative directions. Symmetrical on both sides of the rotor, there are adjustable crushing tooth plates. The trajectory of the head constitutes an efficient crushing cavity. The material falling from the feed port is first hit by the high-speed rotating hammer head against the lining plate, and then rebounded by the lining plate toward the hammer head or other crushing tooth surface, the material is crushing The chamber jumps back and forth in this way, and collides with each other during the movement, and is further broken, and the material with the designed particle size is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the crusher. The discharging granularity can be adjusted and controlled by the regulating mechanism.

Hammer head
