high-speed cutting and rewinding machine adopts PLC programming control and frequency converter, which is a special product designed for paper rewinding and rewinding. It has 10.4 inch large screen color man-machine interface operation, one click switch of English language independent operation, electromechanical and optical integration control and other advanced technologies, realizing a high degree of automation and humanization.
1. Winding part
A. The wall panel is made of 60mm thick carbon steel, finished by five-axis machining center;
B. Using arc cots to disperse paper, hand wheel to adjust the Angle, to ensure the perfect dispersing effect;
C. Adopt large diameter steel roller for winding, and the balancing speed of winding roller is 1000m/min;
D. Adjust the speed difference of the two winding rollers through the cone belt wheel to adjust the winding tightness;
E. Equipped with disc pneumatic brake to ensure high-speed emergency stop;
F. Precision pressure regulating valve controls the winding pressure, so that the finished paper inside and outside of the tightness maintain the same.
G. Motor driven trimming knife to break paper, environmental protection and high efficiency, for all kinds of paper can be perfectly broken paper;
2. Cut up parts
A. The upper cutting knife is pneumatic knife;
B. The bottom cutter is machined into multi-edge cutter ring with high speed steel, and the hardness reaches more than HRC60, which is durable;
C. Multi-edge tool ring is covered with the bottom tool shaft, the replacement specification does not need to adjust the bottom tool, simple and efficient;
D. The dynamic balancing speed of the bottom cutter shaft is 1000m/min;
E. Paper dispersion with arc cots before cutting.
3. Return the paper holder
A. Equipped with a reduction motor to adjust the transverse displacement of the base paper and align the edge of the paper electrically;
B. The conveyor belt is 250mm wide, making the conveyor more stable;
C. The conveying mechanism is controlled by the cylinder;
D. Each group of paper returner is equipped with disc pneumatic brake device.
4. Transmission part
A. All transmission parts are manufactured according to national standards, and the surface is treated with rust prevention;
B. The drive system of the whole machine is driven by an independent frequency conversion motor with smooth transmission;
C. Equipped with protective stop device to separate the operation area from the channel, fully in line with the European CE standard.
5. Push and drop paper system
A. Equipped with pneumatic paper push arm;
B. Equipped with falling paper platform, automatic falling paper;
6. Falling core tube device
A. When the paper is pushed out, the tube dropping mechanism will drop the air expansion shaft between the two large winding rollers;
B. After the paper is rolled out, the machine automatically finishes cutting, blowing and other actions, and then starts the new rewinding work;
7. Electrical control part
A. Independent electric box, photoelectric switch induction is configured when touching the whole machine, automatic stop alarm when paper is broken;
B. The host is started with an early warning system;
Each group of base paper feeding rack is equipped with emergency stop and point switch.
