Applicable Scope：
It is a special equipment applied to purification of unqualified transformer oil, mutual conductor oil, circuit breaker oil ect. insulation oil under 35KV in power division , industrial and mining enterprises.
It is also a good choice for vacuum filling of power equipment.
As a State Power Corporation designated products, it is widely used in power plant, power station, power enterprises, power transmission, railway, petrifaction, metallurgy ect. industries.
Advantages:
1.High efficiency, adopted special three-dimensional flash evaporation technology,
which is 5-8 times higher than common vacuum purifier and able to swiftly remove moisture, gas from oil with maintenance free.
2.Combined with mesh filtering and polymer adsorption technology, high quality filter elements adopted with high impurity adsorption capacity, gradually thicker,
high precision, multistage filtration.
3.Safe and reliable heating system and optimized piping design avoid “bypassed oil”.
4.Liquid level control with infrared ray detection can automatically balance inlet and outlet oil, achieve real unmanned operation.
5.This type of unit can be used for vacuum filling and vacuum drying of insulation oil of transformers or power utilities.
6.This type of unit can be used for vacuum filling or purifying of any grades energized transformer oil.
7.The breakers and wires of vacuum oil purifier are able to meet the requirement of
long period continuous safe working under rated temperature.
8.This type of unit has a trinity with interlock electric automatic protection devices (pressure protection, electric heating and oil pump protection), fitted with special precision oil pump, low noise, conforming to the high international environmental standard.
9.It is optional to add break down voltage online tester with automatic printing of testing result (Model No. ZJB-T series).
10.Compact structure, flexible and convenient, convenient to move, good performance, low power consumption, easy operation.
Tips：
This type of machine can be independently working, or incorporate with BZ series regeneration unit for de-acidification, decoloration, reducing dielectric loss and acid value, so as to improve insulating strength( Model: ZJL series)
