FAQ 1.What's your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ ) ?
Usually our MOQ is 100pcs per pcs .It depends on different styles .
2. How does the order process work ?
our order process work is below:
1.follow your request and quoted you all price and all cost fee ;
2.provide production proforma invoice and pay deposit;
3.our factory will purchase fabric and accessories and make a pre-production sample and send to you confirm;
4.we will cut fabric production,embroidery logo,sewing ,ironing and package;
5.you pay the balance payment before shipment.;
6.we will send to you via express and track for you;
3.Can you accept Small Orders ?
If we have some stocks ,we can accept small orders . If we don't have stock ,we can custom made for you .
While ,the price will be higher than stock .
4.Can you custom embroidery /print our logo ?
Yes .we can custom embroidery /print your logo .Moreover ,we also can custom design your logo if you have idea or drafts .Please provide JPG/AI/EPS/PDF format if you have your logo picture .
5.How much for one sample ?
If for custom made sample ,our sample fee is 60USD per pcs.If for stock sample ,our sample fee is 30USD .
While ,About sample shipping ,you need to provide .for 0.5KG ,usually it is 40-50USD .
6. Quality assurance.
Firstly for all goods, we must make exact sample for customers' approval;and signed by QC as standard samples before mass production whatever customer ask or not .
Secondly ,we have a professional quality control team who have more than 10 years in making clothes.they will strictly follow AQL2.5 standard to check quality.moreover,there are five times checking.
1.before making,our QC will check all fabric and accessories,
2.when we cut the fabric and sew fabric,we will check the cutted fabric and sewing part;
3.when we embroidery or print logo,we will check and remove unqualified cutted fabric piece;
4.when we finished semi-finished product,we will check the size and workmanship;
5.when we package all garment,we will spot check size and wokmanship again;
At last , we will take photo and show you all process when we make your clothes .
7. What is your guarantee with regards to on time delivery?
We will write the production lead time in our proforma Invoice .Moreover ,our production department will guarantee the production Lead time .

8.what's the return policy if products are faulty ?

1.we will reply you feedback in 24 hours after you got all garments within 15days; 2. if you found any faulty goods,we can re-make one pcs and send to you in one week .
9. Can you provide shipping ?
We have our prifessional logistic company parter who can help you shipping your goods and help you clear the custom .
If for small quantity ,we suggest by EXPRESS (DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX) .We can guarantee the goods safety because we will choose stable express way agency and buy insurance no matter what you need or not .
if for big quantity ,we suggest by sea or by air .By ship is the cheapest .,while ,it takes very long time .
